Thanks to a heads up from our friend Zach at Gluten Free Raleigh, it looks like the Raleigh area is getting a new restaurant with a gluten free menu! The restaurant isn’t open yet, but should be soon, and will be located at North Ridge Shopping Center at Falls of Neuse and Spring Forest roads.
The restaurant is Woody’s Bar-B-Q, and their gluten free menu can be found here. Here are the items they list on their menu that are gluten free:
- Baby Back Ribs
- Spare Ribs
- Sliced Pork
- Smoked BBQ Chicken
- Mesquite Grilled Chicken Breast
- Un-Breaded Chicken WIngs
- Hamburgers
- Hot Dogs
- Cole Slaw
- Bar-B-Q Beans
- Corn on the Cob
- Green Beans
- Salads
- French Fries
Woody’s Bar-B-Q also has dairy free and sugar free menu as well, so it makes for a great place to take just about anyone. As always, make sure you notify your waitress of your dietary needs if you decide to dine out.
