If you live within the state of Ohio, chances are you’ve run across one of the many Rusty Bucket restaurant chain locations scattered throughout the state. Rusty Bucket is a series of restaurant and tavern locations which all seem to offer a unique gluten free menu for their individual locations. My husband and I went to The Rusty Bucket on Polaris Parkway in Ohio. I am the one with celiac. They were wonderful! The food was delicious. They are all very knowledgeable of Gluten, from the hostess to the General Manager! They all came over to us to let us know how seriously they take the disease! They were great! It is now my favorite restaurant! I always fell great after eating there!
Melissa – That is great to hear about The Rusty Bucket! I’ve never been to one, but would check them out if ever in an area where there is one. Sounds like a great place to enjoy a safe meal!
I just went to the rusty bucket last night. I ordered the steak with mushrooms and mashed potatoes. It accidentally came with fries. The waitress ordered me a new steak and had the manager come by. They apologized profusely and gave me my meal for free. They really had genuine concern for the health of their customer. The food was awesome, and I would definitely go back.
