Just tried Pei Wei's GF menu for the first time in South Florida. First, I had the Vietnamese Chicken Salad Rolls. They were great. Wrapped in rice paper with spicy sweet and sour sauce on the side. They are served cold. Second, I had the Sweet & Sour chicken. The menu says non-battered chicken, but when it came out, it definitely looked like it was battered. I called the manager over and he immediately reassured me it was GF and was coated with potato starch and fried. He also told me they used fresh oil to fry it. Both dishes were great and the fact that the manager was knowledgeable of my needs made it even better!

I love Pei Wei's GF Sweet & Sour Chicken - the shrimp version of it is great as well.

I didn't enjoy the "Vietnamese Chicken Salad Rolls " - plus I was hungry again a short while after eating them - not filling.

The "Pei Wei Spicy " is ok.
