Goldmine Natural Foods Introduces Gluten Free Japanese Foods

If you live in the San Diego (California) area, you may be familiar with the Goldmine Natural Foods.  According to a recent alert I was given, it appears they recently introduced some gluten free and organic Japanese foods.

Here are some examples of the new gluten free Japanese foods:

  • Ohsawa Organic Gluten-Free Tamari (uses a gluten free soy sauce)
  • Gold Mine Organic Raw Sauerkraut
  • Ohsawa Organic 100 percent Soba
  • Japanese style noodles made exclusively from whole-grain buckwheat
  • Organic Miso to Go
  • Two flavors of instant organic miso soup that come in freeze-dried cubes
  • Four flavors of Genmai Therapy Organic Gluten-Free Brown Rice Crackers.

Anyone tried their foods before?  Leave us your review in the comments!!

Bonus: Want to take gluten free restaurant information with you on the go? We recommend the excellent Gluten Free Restaurants Guide, which is a small print guide that includes over 5,000 restaurants and 80 restaurant menu lists from many major restaurant chains. It even features a breakdown by state so you can find gluten free restaurant menu information no matter where you are within the United States!
