If you live in the San Diego (California) area, you may be familiar with the Goldmine Natural Foods. According to a recent alert I was given, it appears they recently introduced some gluten free and organic Japanese foods.
Here are some examples of the new gluten free Japanese foods:
- Ohsawa Organic Gluten-Free Tamari (uses a gluten free soy sauce)
- Gold Mine Organic Raw Sauerkraut
- Ohsawa Organic 100 percent Soba
- Japanese style noodles made exclusively from whole-grain buckwheat
- Organic Miso to Go
- Two flavors of instant organic miso soup that come in freeze-dried cubes
- Four flavors of Genmai Therapy Organic Gluten-Free Brown Rice Crackers.
Anyone tried their foods before? Leave us your review in the comments!!
