Just wanted to add, I Live outside of New ORleans, and there is a Restaurant in Metairie (West New Orleans) Called “PHILS GRILL” which is absolutely gluten-free friendly!!!!
In baton rouge: superior grill has been pretty successful. Their margarita on the rocks is gf. They are pretty knowledgeable about cross contamination issues. Truely free bakery is a 100% gluten free, dairy free, egg free restaurant. They do breakfast!!! Love their bbq ranch bisson burgers.
