I live in AK and am a chef. I can tell you that there are several restaurants here which will accomodate your GF requests. The Glacier Brewhouse, Orso, Southside Bistro, Jen’s, Kincaid Grill, Taco King, Burrito King, Marx Bros. Restaurant, and many more. Call ahead if you want to be sure. Don’t go during peak times (6-8 Fri-Sat), and be patient with the waitstaff. I usually don’t have any problems at the places I listed above. Have fun!
