There are many new gluten-free menus rolling out around the U.S. and several gluten-free menu changes as well. Here is a round up of those additions/changes at various establishments, from our writers at Celiac-Disease.com.

HuHot Gluten Free Menu

If you follow a gluten free diet and love Mongolian grill and barabuque foods, you will be pleased to learn that HuHot appears to now offer gluten free information on their official website according to some information we received from an employee of HuHot. For the time being, gluten free diet followers can check out their allergy information here.

According to HuHot:

We take food allergies and restrictions very seriously, and have a PDF listing gluten free sauces available on our website as well as in the restaurant.

If you’d like to find a local HuHot in your area, you can check out their restaurant locations page. It looks like they are currently in the following 12 states: Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin.

Old Spaghetti Factory Gluten Free Menu

Thanks to a heads up from Gluten Free Restaurants reader Sharon, it looks like the large franchise restaurant Old Spaghetti Factory now offers a gluten free menu. I hadn’t heard of this particular restaurant chain before and was surprised to see that although they are not in my state, Old Spaghetti Factory has a lot of locations scattered throughout the United States. States that feature an OSF include: Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, Minnesota, Missouri, Colorado, Arizona, Utah, Idaho, California, Oregon, and Washington.

If you have an Old Spaghetti Factory in your area, you can view the official menu information here. It looks like they feature DeBoles gluten free pasta products and also have a gluten free salad available.
