The Bonefish Grill is a national restaurant chain which focuses primarily on seafood related foods, though they do have several other offerings. They also happen to have a gluten free menu (PDF)!
I’m not a big seafood eater, so I have to admit that I’ve never eaten at a Bonefish Grill, but I know many of our readers have. According to several testimonials, it sounds like this is one of the more well informed restaurants when it comes to the gluten free diet. There gluten free menu also offers a lot of choices, making this a great destination for anyone with Celiac Disease or a gluten intolerance of some sort.
