Please note that some restaurant chains have much less to offer than others; however, we've tried to share our findings for each restaurant chain regardless of how extensive their gluten-free options are. Because we believe that you should always do your own research, whenever it is available we list the gluten-free menu information for the readers convenience and provide direct links to the official gluten-free menu information on the companies website. We will also often provide contact information so you can call the company directly to inquire to verify the information is still accurate (though our posts are updated regularly as we discover additional information).
